  • 2/3 Cup white sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of kosher salt
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon of paprika

hi, i tried making these, but it turned out wet and soggy. am i doing it wrongly? should i be taking note of anything?

    • Hi there, you have to make sure you whisk the egg until frothy. It will act as the bonding agent for the sugar, spices and nuts. Try it again and do it carefully. It should be fairly easy. I have made this many times and the recipe is always great.
