I was trying to organize one of the freezers and — horrors! Four qt bags of frozen peaches from last summer had “somehow” gotten stuffed to the back and hidden. This looked easy and I managed to arrange two bags of peach slices in the bottom of the pan. Super simple and super good! I’ll definitely be making this again and trying different fruits!
