Whether it’s to serve with fajitas or just by itself as an appetizer, guacamole is always a great healthy choice for your table!

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 smal roma tomatoes
- 1/2 the juice of half of a lemon
- 1/4 Cup of finely chopped red onion
- 2 gloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoon of olive oil
- 3 Tablespoon of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- If you want a chunky guacamole, mash up the avocados with a fork. If you want a smooth guacamole, put the flesh of the two avocados in a food processor and puree.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients and set aside in the fridge for at lease an hour or two before serving.
- Make sure that when you cover your guacamole, to leave no space for air between your plastic wrap and your guacamole. This will prevent it from browning.
