i am curious about leaving this in fridge over night – do you just reheat under broiler when ready to eat? or eat cold?

    • You can do either or but I personally love to broil it a bit to make the cheese melt. Leaving it in the fridge overnight intensifies the flavors. πŸ™‚ Enjoy!
