Banana bread is a staple in my family and one of my sister’s favourite dessert. I make it for her pretty much every time I go see her. This recipe is so easy to whip up and it’s a great recipe to use over ripped bananas.

Ingredients
- 2 Cup of all purpose flour
- 1 Cup of sugar
- 1 Teaspoon of salt
- 1 Teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon of baking soda
- 3 ripped bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 Cup of chocolate chips (I use semi sweet )
Instructions
- Heat the oven at 350F.
- In a large bowl, mix wet ingredients together with the sugar as well as the baking soda.
- Mix in the flour and the baking powder. Mix well.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Grease a bread pan and pour the mixture in it. Put in the middle rack of the heated oven and bake for an hour or until a wooden stick comes out clean.
