I know what you’re thinking; this has nothing to do with food so why am I writing about Sleep? Well as a foodie, I love and enjoy eating good food but I also love all the good things in life and I believe that having a good night of sleep, every night makes a world of difference in terms of my productivity level, my mood and therefore my lifestyle as a whole. I am sure that you agree with me on that one.
Fact: We spend a THIRD of our life sleeping.
That is a huge part of everyone’s life but as crazy as it sounds, most of us are living with sleep deprivation.
Each person has specific sleeping needs, per example, we, women usually have wider hips than men and men usually have broader shoulders than we do. These differences have to be taken into consideration when choosing a sleep solution.
Obasan offers customizable sleep solutions to make sure each of us are comfortable and can sleep well. Here is a picture that shows the different zones that are customizable within the mattress. (This is the mattress we (Karl and I) have)

The comfort is amazing but the fact that the materials used are all organic is just the cherry on top!
